Nashua, "The Gate City", is the second largest city in New Hampshire, located in Hillsborough County just north of the Massachusettes border. Nashua is the center of a diverse and dynamic region of more than 175,000 people,
with Nashua's population estimated at 89,000.
Boston is only forty-five minutes away, Hampton Beach an hour and the White Mountains just an hour and fifteen minutes away.
Nashua has twice been named "Money' magazine's "Best Place to Live in America," and is the only city in the country ever to win this honor twice. A low crime rate also recently found Nashua ranked as the 27th safest city in the entire United States. Low unemployment coupled with excellent schools and up-to-date healthcare facilities were all reasons cited for this ranking in 1987 and 1997.
Several golf courses are available within city limits as well as several municipal parks, many of which offer tennis and basketball courts in addition to baseball, soccer and football fields. Among the most popular attractions are the Nashua Symphony Orchestra, the Eaton-Richmond Center Gallery, the Rivier Theater Company, Silver Lake State Park, and the Rivier College Art Gallery.

Spit Brook Road in South Nashua is home to many condominium developments, and is conveniently located close to Route 3.
