Interviewing a Real Estate Agent
- Do you, or anyone working for the company that you represent ever take LISTINGS or represent the Seller in any way?
- If you are representing me as a Buyer Agent and I chose to purchase a property listed with your office, can you guarantee I will not end up in a “Disclosed Dual Agency” situation?

- Will you ask me to sign a “Disclosed Dual Agency Agreement”?
- How many Homes have you sold in the past year? How many of these did you represent the Buyer? How many resulted in a “dual agency” relationship?
- What Buyer Agent courses have you taken and what “negotiation” classes have you taken?
- How long have you been representing Buyers?

- Do you use the same Purchase and Sales agreements with Buyers and Sellers?
- What clauses do you routinely include in an offer that will protect me as a Buyer?
- Will you show me “For Sale By Owner” properties?
- What property records do you routinely research and provide to Buyers?
- Will you present my offer to the Seller in person?
Per NH law: RSA 331-A:2 “Disclosed Dual Agent” means a licensee (agent) acting for more than one party whose interests may differ in a transaction with the knowledge and written consent of all parties for whom the licensee acts.
